Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@sage-sound.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns
We love the products we offer, but, if something just isn’t for you, we will do our best to make it right. Sage + Sound accepts returns or exchanges on all unopened products within 15 days of purchase (For online orders, 15 days from when product was delivered) for a full refund to the initial form of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. Please reach out to us at info@sage-sound.com for more information and/or to initiate your return or exchange.
Sage + Sound monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any point. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or products that have been substantially used. Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the responsibility of the customer. If you are near our flagship location, you may bring in the item you wish to return within 15 days of the day it was received.
