Sage + Sound accepts returns/ exchanges on all unopened products within 15 days of purchase for a full refund to the initial form of payment. Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the responsibility of the customer. If you are near our flagship location, you may bring in the item you wish to return within 15 days of the day it was received.

Classes in The Study
The Study is a dedicated space in Sage + Sound offering classes, workshops, and experiences designed to support your mental and emotional wellbeing. Understanding ourselves is a core part of living our fullest lives. The Study is just that: A space for self-discovery.
Throughout the day, The Study offers daily Meditation, Breathwork, Coaching + Community, Sound, + Experiential classes.
There’s no wrong way to arrive to The Study. Certain experiences (sound, breathwork, and tea ceremonies, for example) require you to remove your shoes, so please come prepared with socks.
The Study is for all levels. We will meet you where you are within each class.
The Study practitioners are leaders in their fields: certified coaches, internationally renowned personalities and experts.

Classes range from $25 - $55. You also may purchase a package for a discounted rate.
We encourage you to sign up for the waitlist for classes that are full. Should we receive a cancellation, the next person on the wait list will be bumped in.
For weekly classes: if a guest is on the waitlist and does not secure a spot, the class is credited to their account for future use.
For monthly workshops: If a guest is on the waitlist and does not secure a spot, the guest will be refunded.
If you cancel the class prior to the 24 hour window before class starts, a credit for the class purchased will be added back to your account.
If you do not cancel within the 24 hour window before class starts, or do not show up for a pre-registered class, you will be charged for the class in full.
All 1-week unlimited package holders are subjected to a $20 no-show fee and a $10 late cancel fee if class cancellation occurs within less than 24 hours.

To ensure you get the most out of the class and our guests have a great experience, The Study doors will close five minutes after the class start time. If you are five minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter.

You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to classes at no penalty.
We welcome individuals aged 16 and above to join our classes independently. Minors aged 6 and above are also welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Any additional age restrictions for specific classes or workshops will be clearly mentioned in their descriptions.
We do not accept any form of insurance directly.
Welcome to our breathwork classes! Our sessions are designed with everyone's well-being in mind. If you have any chronic or acute health concerns, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before joining us for your first session. For your comfort + safety, we advise against participating if you're pregnant or if you have any of the following conditions:
+ High blood pressure treated with prescription medication
+ Coronary heart disease
+ A history of severe health issues such as heart attack or stroke
+ Epilepsy
The All-Access and Meditation 5-packs expire 3 months after date of purchase.
The All-Access and Meditation 10-packs expire 6 months after date of purchase.

We love your children! Sage + Sound is kid-friendly, but the responsibility for watching your little one's is entirely on you. We do not have services and/or employees dedicated to supporting childcare at this time.
